Can't log in

I am trying to log in on android device, using username, not email address, and reset password but still can't get in, tried it on my wife's phone and still won't work. It says details are incorrect but they aren't.

Ok what Android device are you using?  I know it works on a Motorola E as I have one of those.   I would recommend that you go into settings on your phone then to apps go to the Now App and delete all data including the cache.  Then try logging in again.  If it still does not work repeat first stage and also delete app.  Try re-installing and try logging in again.
