Can't log in

Hi there, when trying to log in on my galaxy s6, I get a message about my details being incomplete, and asks me to log in on nowtv.com bit when clicking on the link and login in on the browser it goes straight back to the app but nothing happens and the process restarts...

Have already uninstalled the app and changed my log in details with no success. ....

It does works fine on my galaxy tablet....

Are you using the same username when signing in ?

Some customers have been using their email address as a username.

Thank you for your reply but that isn't the problem, read the post and you
will see that upon signing in I am being told to accept terms and
conditions on web and when signing in on Web I am being redirected
automatically from Web to app but app is not signed in.... web is....

@Anonymous User you are being asked to accept the T&Cs because the account you are trying to access has never agreed to them. If like you say it works fine on another device it is highly likely that you are using the wrong username on the phone.

Log in details is not the problem, logging in on app directs to web where
login is fine and app then opens up automatically but not logged in, trying
to log in again only loops the whole process, I already changed login
details and deleted app but the problem still persists...

Hi @Anonymous User,

This is certainly a strange one.

Are you able to use a pc/mac or laptop? If so, please sign into your account on one of those and try to watch something. If that works, then go back to the app and try it again.
