Android - Sign in issues

If you're having trouble signing into the NOW TV app on your Android device and you have reset your password, please let us know the error you are having here.

Hi, I can't sign into my Now TV app on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A. It was working fine at first then it asked for me to sign in again. Now I cannot access through the app even though my sign in is recognised in the browser. I am in the UK linked via WiFi to Virgin broadband and have uninstalled the app and deleted the data in my settings a number of times. I keep receiving the message that my log in is incorrect.

Hi

 

Having the same problem as other users.

 

Can't sign in - get the message your sign in details are incorrect. please try again. 

 

I've tried changing password and removing and reinstalling app.

 

So I can't log in on my samsung galaxy and my husband can't log in on his ipad!  I can watch on the computer just fine.

 

Please help!!

Also my ipad isn't working. Same problem.
My samsung is version 5.0.1 (i think)
Please please help! I never watch on the computer only devices!

Hi Karl

I believe so as I reinstalled the app. Realised it was due to me being
outside the UK it wasn't working. I've now logged in ok as back in the UK.

Think that maybe you should change the error message if people are trying
to log in outside the UK. It's bit frustrating when says user details
incorrect when they are not. Would save alot of people posting etc.

Can you confirm that you are within the UK and not using a modified device or VPN connection ?
