App on Android says too many devices - All devices signed out

I searched and couldn't find an answer to this one but when i try to play via the App on android i get told i have too many devices. I then sign all devices out and try again only to get the the same message and my phone appears twice in the device list. Any one had this happen before? If its appearing twice in the list is this why its saying too many devices?

Signing out of devices won’t do anything for being able to switch devices. See this for managing devices.

Note the part about clean exit of the stream back to the homepage. If that isn’t performed you’re forced to wait 10 minutes.

My suggestion is after 10 minutes and you still can’t. To jump onto live chat and speak with staff.

Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.
