Hi, I can't sign into my Now TV app on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A. It was working fine at first then it asked for me to sign in again. Now I cannot access through the app even though my sign in is recognised in the browser. I am in the UK linked via WiFi to Virgin broadband and have uninstalled the app and deleted the data in my settings a number of times. I keep receiving the message that my log in is incorrect.

Having the same problem as other users.
Can't sign in - get the message your sign in details are incorrect. please try again.
I've tried changing password and removing and reinstalling app.
So I can't log in on my samsung galaxy and my husband can't log in on his ipad! I can watch on the computer just fine.
Please help!!
