That's odd...
I currently have v1.2.4 of the NOW TV app installed on my LG 60PH660V and didn't notice any problems with this yesterday.
And I've just tried again today by watching the first 18 minutes or so of The Frankenstein Chronicles. I then re-booted my television and after accessing the NOW TV again, the 'progress bar' was present and the 'Start Again' and 'Continue Watching' options were available.
What's your LG televisions 'model number' and 'Software Version'?
What's your NOW TV 'app' version?
