Watching Stargate Universe. Got as far as Season 2 Episode 5, now all I get is "Something's not right" give it a moment ........ error code 21.Get the message on both Android tablet and Roku blackbox.All other programs seem to be ok. Any ideas ?

I am trying to play Vera but I click on S1 E1 and it will not play. I have got the 14 day free trial and this is the first show I want to watch. It is available until 30th September so is in date. it also does it with other shows. Thanks in Advance
