Last week to night and a few other shows

Atm to nights episode of last week tonight is not due on tv till 20 past 10 ish, but if i go and search for it it says avaable at 9pm its now 24 mins past nine and i can not watch it, not that i am expecting ot ba able to, I also noticed this with criminal minds, it was not on till 9 but if you searched for it, its says availbe form 8pm, Is this some sort of glitch from the move to summer time?

 

Or are the tv contracts that spacicifc that they are on winter time and shows should now be streamable before they are on live tv?

No, it's a bug related to the move to BST meaning the 'available' times are an hour behind. Although it does vary from show to show most shows are added to catch-up after it finishes airing live so until the bug is fixed add an hour onto the 'available at' times and expect to be able to watch most shows after they've finished the live broadcast.
