I am trying to add an entertainment pass but it keeps saying that there is an error and to try later. I’ve been trying since last night on phone browser, app and laptop.

Just a thought, you may get better results if you try another browser, Now TV's web-site does not "play nice" with all browsers and, TBH, no one really knows why they've taken this line with their web-site.
