customer service swore at me,

yesterday whilst trying to get a better deal with my broadband, the customer service agent called me a c**t. 

I think this is a little too much. 

CAN now broadband explain why i have not had an apology for this.

Think this will need to be passed to the relevant team if that did indeed happen.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Time/date of call? Then state you want a copy of the call in accordance with GDPR

As @gavs82008 has stated please do get in contact with us  directly so we can investigate for you. If you haven't already I'd recommend making a complaint, you can do this by scrolling down to the bottom of this page and clicking on the "complaints" link.
