Anyone have problems with Now TV with unable play programmes or Live TV. Because contacted CS they seem clueless

Things can go wrong, but usually there is an error message, or an ever-spinning circle, not just a black screen.
The first question is what is your setup?
Who is your ISP, what device are you running the Now app on, and what make and model of TV is in use here?
The second question is what steps are you taking, in what order, that give rise to this issue? What programme(s) from what membership(s) are you trying, and do you have Boost?
Then we can try, as best we can, to reproduce the problem, or to figure out what might help you correct or avoid it.

To follow-up from @RoyB have you tried anything at your end, like deleting and reinstalling the app? Unplugging the router for a few minutes?
