If you've got basic Sky anyway....

...but took a month of Now because you don't want Sky Sports for ever it seems they're showing US Open on Sky Showcase (that's Sky One in old money).  Which makes £26 for Now!'s pisspoor attempt even more of a ripoff.

Hi @NickD 

You only get certain selective live sports games on Sky Showcase.

Have you looked at the TV Guide for Sky Showcase during the rest of the week for the US Open which is not on every night on Sky Showcase ?

Also Sky Showcase is 25fps, where if you have NOW Sports with Boost and a 50fps supported playback device then the picture is miles better and smoother on the main live Sky Sports channels (not Bonus Streams where you are capped at 25fps).

Fine - I realise you're a Sky enthusiast,  but as all we get on Now is two channels and still just one replay, and bonus streams broken on my TV and don't work on computers, £26 is an awful lot to pay for something you can only watch for a few hours in the evening and is duplicated for free some of the time.  Bit rates don't excite me.
