Well thanks for your help, I do appreciate it, but what I would really like is a response from somebody who works for NOW TV. I pay for a service which they are currenytly failing to provide, unfortunately. I think 11 days is as unreasonable amount of time to have dragged on without this being resolved, and people would be less frustrated if we just received some communication.
