Bought the mobile sports pass. It appears in my account on my laptop, but not in the app on my phone.
I've tried the following:
Deleted App & reinstalled - nothing. Turned phone off & on - nothing. Created new password for account & deleted app. Reinstalled & signed in with new password - nothing.
Any fix ideas? Or how do I get my money back?

Same here. I bought the pass on the website but it will not show on the app on my mobile or on my tv. They've only had three months to get ready for the PL to return.

I thought I had brought pass but somehow it didn’t go through so did it again, after checking mobile banking, signed out and back in again and now it’s working. Hope this may help 🤞

This is a known problem and now TV have tweeted to say they are trying to fix it.
