Hi there.
I have just paid for a month of NOW TV entertainment, to watch some box sets.
I use my Xbox one console as the primary device. There are no problems using my phone (iPhone 7 plus).
The problem is that every time I select an episode or a piece of content to begin watching, the app just closes and I end up back on my Xbox main screen, I have to re boot the app - and this cycle would just go on and on without resolve..
I have tried restarting the device and reinstalling the app numerous times.
any ideas what I can do?
