Devices Not Recognised

Opening the app on both of my registered consoles, prompted me to log in. After doing so, they both then said the maximum number devices had been registered. 

Looking on online they were still registered and the last used date/time stamp corresponds to our last usage (the last F1 race). Looking to de-register the devices to re-sign them and it's now saying I can only register one device per month.

Is anyone else aware of how this can get resovled?

Spoke with an advisor, and they re-enabled device activations. They think it was possibly due to an app update on the console. Finding an advisor took circa 5mins, but once I got through they were extremely helpful.

I'm currently trying to speak to an advisor on chat, which appears to be taking an exceptional amount of time. I'll post the outcome here (if I get one).
