Are you using an Xbox where a number of people have mentioned this in the last 48hrs ?
If there is no device swaps left this calender month on your account by going to Devices, to enable you to delete the Xbox off your list.
Then jump over to live chat and ask them to clear your device list on your account and then try watching the entertainment pass on the nowtv App again.
