I’m trying to watch the last of us but when I click play it tells me to sign up for now tv entertainment package but I’ve already got it and paid my bill on Monday please help.

You need to make sure your logged in on the device app.
Go to the settings section for “account” in there you’ll see if any login details are inputted.
