keep getting the following message.............We tried to take payment for your Sky Cinema Month Pass but weren't able to. Don't worry, you can keep watching while we try to take payment again. In the meantime, you can check your card details are correct. payment on my account is not due until 29th August and i have a new voucher ready to apply to my account but cant apply it. i have updated my card details and do not want to be charge....Thanks

Indeed... While the NOW TV accounts system is attempting to collect payment(s) the 'Apply Voucher' button will not be accessible.
I suggest you contact a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility and explain your situation to them... They're usually pretty quick at resolving such things 😉
The easiest way of accessing 'Live Chat' is by using a Windows or Mac computer, along with various many makes and models of mobile phones and tablets (provided their screen resolution is high enough). Here's what you need to do: -
