error code 1

hiya my nowtv wont let me watch any movies. it just pops up with error code 1 all my account is right and i dont understand why this has come up as it was working fine untill a few days ago. i thought it was just a problem with the app. please help

Check the time and date on your playstation. This has happened to me twice and both times it was because the time on the playstation was an hour behind.

Constantly interupting viewing, as well as the swirly thing.

I haven't bn able to watch no etc got three days on my tv. Error message -1 keeps coming up all the time. Crap service

Sorry to hear this.

This error message typically occcurs on iOS. If that is the case for you, please ensure your location settings are on, your vpn is switched off and your set to UK.

Additionally, you may find deleting the app and then re-installing will resolve the error.

If the above doesn't help, can you tell us what device you're using and whether you are getting with aparticular show/movie?

Check the time & date on your TV is correct.  That usually generates this error code.
