can't apply new voucher code

i am trying to activated code but if keeps failing i double check it but still nothing after about 10 times i dont no what to do.

need help.

Are you going to your My Account > My Passes page

and clicking the the apply a voucher link next to the right type of pass? If so, and it's coming up with a red error then try using a desktop or laptop (or a different browser) if you are not already.

 

If it's coming up with code not valid you may be misreading the code - try a few different combinations, especially where a letter may be a number or vice versa, e.g 5(five) and S, 1 (one) and I (capital i ), 0 (zero) and O (capital o) etc

and you are still stuck after all that, go to

http://help.nowtv.com/contact-us/Code-not-valid

and choose the option to Start Live Chat who can check the code for you.
