Welcome to the forum.
Do you see your active pass when you go to your My Account > My Passes page?
http://account.nowtv.com/passes
If you don't see any active passes and you don't see any charges on your bills page
http://account.nowtv.com/bills
then you may be logged into the wrong account and that's why it's not letting you watch.

When you find the right username you should see your active pass and be able to watch.

When you sign into the NowTV website with your internet browser and click on My Account > View my Bills, does it show the payment history and if so what is the last date of payment and description with the price ?
This should give a good idea if you have logged into your current active pass account (sometimes customers have multiple usernames accounts for various reasons which i won't go into but not recommended).
Also, i would double check all your NowTV playback devices with regards to the username sign in details are identical to the username that you have checked your account with, just in case you have logged into your account with maybe an older username that perhaps possibly you had used in the past ?
Post back here with your last payment details under View My Bills which should give a payment history and from there it might give some more clues on what's gone wrong.
