kids pass

I was given a free entertainment pass from my phone provider. Unbeknown to me the kids pass was added free and it was never used. I had the kids on my tv package with virgin. I now want to have the trial yet i cannot have it because it was added without my knowledge or consent . Nowtv have fraudulently allowed te kids pass to be added without my permission. The agent i was chatting to on live chat didnt care and tried to take money from my card without asking me. Thankfully it was an old card that i had stopped as i lost it. I wasnt aware reps could take it upon themselves to fraudulently try and debit my card without the customers consent. This is very worrying.

We're sorry to hear that. I'm going to take a look at your account and see what's happened. Vodafone wouldn't have the  ability to add passes to your account, the offer we have  with vodafone simply gives you free access to Entertainment as part of your vodafone bill.
