movies

We purchased the entertainment package on the 31st of July and on our account it says we should have one month free movies. we are unable to access this. please can you advise us what to do.

Welcome to the forum. Just chck on your My Account > My Passes page

https://account.nowtv.com/passes

to make sure it does say you have a cinema pass, as they are separate to the entertainment pass.

 

If it does definitely say you have a cinema pass (eg you've taken up the free trial, applied a code or bought a pass) then post back and let us know how you are trying to watch a movie and what happens to stop you.
