How do i get my £10 retail voucher?

Hi,

 

When I signed up to Now TV we were offered a £10 retail voucher for signing up this was a few months ago and we still haven't received the voucher does anyone know how we get this?  I have tried to find a contact email for NOW TV on here and i'm going round in circles it keeps taking me back to the forum?
