Today (12/02/16) I activated a 4 month movie pass on an exsisting account, just got a new now tv box. On my account, my passes, it shows as next payment due on 12/03/16. But when I activated the pass the renewal date showed as 12/06/16, what will be correct?

Welcome to the forum.
The apps tend to show the end of the current monthly period, they are not clever enough to realise when you are on a multi-month offer.
Check the My Passes page on the website http://account.nowtv.com/passes as this shows the correct information. As long as your 4 month offer is showing correctly there then there's nothing to worry about.
