I seem to have solved some of my hardware problems. But I still have the voucher for TWO free months Movies which will not not be accepted when I try to redeem it. The voucher has not been used or viewed.
Similarly I, purchased a Sky Sports voucher from a 3rd party source for £10.95. I redeemed this but because of the hardware problems at this time I was unable to view any content.
Finally you took a sum of £6.99 out of an unauthorised account of my wife for an Entertainment Pass which for the same reasons as above, I was unable to view before it expired.
All this amounts to a substantial sum of money out of my pocket and for which Now TV have had the benefit

Can you please tell me what happens when you're trying to redeem a voucher? What device are you using and what journey are you taking?
If the payment was taken out of someone else's account, they need to contact us separately to get this looked into.
