No audio on new programmes

For some reason all the new programmes/films on my now tv will play through my apple tv but with no audio.  All the old programmes play fine with audio.  What is going on?

 

For instance, Kingsman: The Secret Service and Scandal season 5 episode 5 have no audio on my Apple TV (3rd Gen 7.2) but play fine on my ipad.

Just wondering if there's been any progress on Kingsman. I too am only receiving audio out of my front left speaker. All other content appears to be working fine. Quite keen to watch this movie in stero if possible please.
