Recently signed up to the entertainment trial and can't get the app to play on my android tablet - it merely says 'something has gone wrong error:6'.
Nexus 7 tablet using android version 6.0.1 updated today now TV version4.7.2
I've already deleted, uninstalled, turned notifications off and checked location is UK.
Need this resolved or we certainly won't be signing up to the service at the end of the trial.
I'm having a very similar problem. Every 10 minutes the screen goes black and I get the following message: "Viewing Stopped, something has gone wrong, if the the problem persists please contact the online support team." It's been happening consistently like clockwork for the past 2 days. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition tablet and my Netflix app works perfectly.
