New devices

Im having trouble watching on any devices. My android phone wont play and ive got a new chromecast. I need to reregister my devices. I dont want to wait until next month...can anyone help?

If you have used up all your 4 number allocated devices together with the one device calendar swap for this month, then you will have to jump over to live chat, explain to them what's happened and ask them nicely if that they can sort you out with an extra device swap for this month.
