Unlikely to arrive for donkeys years... Current NowTV apps Won't work on Amazon fire TV box...
Amazon Fire OS does not support Google services frameworks on any of their devices and NowTV use those services and frameworks to run their apps...
The Hole App would have to be rebuilt from Zero as Amazon TV box is preset to portrait mode... per every app lay out... they will not enable tablet mode unless reencoded...
And theres the issue of Amazon fire TV box not having a touch screen interface and requiring remote or controller emulation to be rebuilt in to the applications...
Its not a quick fix... which is why none of the Android 5 skinned OS boxes have not got an app yet...
