Worst Service

I have cancelled my account in the month of July though Now Tv is charging me every month 22 pounds from my account. I have been following up for cancellation from last 3 months but still my account is active and they did not even process the refund which ridiculous. Again they are going to charge my account on 1st october and when I called the customer service they just keep tranferring my call without any solution. I would never ever recommend NOW TV

Trouble is, there’s no way back from a username like that 😛

When did you take out Now Broadband?

Are you still within your minimum term, or did you only sign up month by month?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
