I have moved property, had an engineer visit who did not come into my property. got a message that my wifi is working, bu have no box and have been billed £8 just for line rental on my account rather then the standard £22 that I am meant to be charged. What is going on with my account, I need wifi at the property.

I csnt call im out of the county temporarily. they refuse to talk to my dad as he is not the account holder.
