Why does leaving NOWTV seem impossible

Phone calls take forever and a day to get through and advisors just end the calls before speaking on the phone.

the chat bot takes you around in circles. 

I just want to be out of this NOWTV broadband blood contract 🤕

Worst case you might be able to email, but not sure if they would handle it. Worth a try.
