I previously had now TV account signed up with my email address for watching TV.
I have since signed up with this email for a broadband account. When I sign into my account all I can see if the old TV watching account. It shows that I have no broadband offers or payment made.

Drop support an email as the broadband call time is pretty long.
customer services @ now tv . Com (ensure no spaces)
