Incorrect Go-Live Address

Hi all,

Moving house and placed an order as a new customer for Super Fibre at the new house. 

Gave my new house address as the broadband address, but opted to have my router sent to my old current address.

However, when logged in to my account, and go to My Orders, it displays my old address for both the ‘router delivery’, as well as ‘broadband and phone go live’. This is incorrect.

However, if I go to the My Details section, it does correctly list my new address as the Installation Address.

All very confusing. Anyone else had this or heard of this? Need to make sure the broadband will be setup at the new house!

Nobody from NOW will pick this up here I'm afraid, give them a call on 0330 332 3050 between 8:00am and 8:00pm to straighten things out.

You need to call the broadband team using the number provided by @redchiz1 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
