Struggling to pay

I’m a single mum to a little girl, my bill isn’t due till the 15th however they’ve suspended my internet, I have no other way of watching tv or anything as I have no Ariel, I’m struggling to pay it is there any help I can get

If you are receiving benefits and not already on a social tariff, ask if you can be switched to the social tariff. I'm sure Now would rather keep you as a customer on a lower tariff than lose you over a missed bill payment.

Hi did you manage to get an extension on your payment and broadband put back on. I'm in same situation x

Best to call the broadband team using the number provided by @Saint1976 to see if it's possible.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
