Phone scam / sky fraud team

Received a phone call today from Sky fraud Tech team? saying they had identified hackers using our internet IP address and needed to check our online shopping & bank accounts etc. Has anyone had similar?

Thanks have had an email from now team suggesting was in fact a scam
