Cancellation

To Now Broadband
regarding
Mr D***** **********
Tel no ***********

To whom it may concern .
I wish to cancel my contract with you under the Consumer Contracts Regulation 14 day cooling off period. My first call to you was on the 21/09/23.
You have repeatedly not done as we had agreed over the numerous phone calls and without permission took £46.50 out of my account.
Under this regulation I expect you to refund the above money and not take any further monies from my account.
I expect written confirmation of this and copies of this letter will be available for any further action by my bank dispute team.
I look forward to your reply.

@disgruntled

You have posted several times and the last thread you started you were told that support NEVER come on here.

You need to go back to broadband support and get them to sort it out.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Yes, this is an email forum, it is not a means of emailing Now.

I posted to show what I have sent Now.I'm sure they will still say they have received nothing from me.

Customer support is non existent.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
