CANCELLED MY BAND ON OCT 23 AND I STILL GET OVERDUE CHARGES EMAILS,

I DID CALLED NOW EVERY MONTH REGARDING THIS ISSUE AND NOONE CAN HELP .

I STILL GET THIS EMAILS AND COULD BE AFFECTING MY CREDIT SCORE, CAN ANYONE ACTUALLY VIEW THE CASE AND SOLVE IT !!

Simple answer, no definitely not on here. The forum is for customer to customer interaction. 

You should be getting in touch with the broadband team. See link for number.

First, just to let you know, further to @gavs82008‘s post, that all caps is SHOUTING, and thus best avoided,

When was your broadband due to end? As Now may be charging you an early termination fee, if you have not let the contract run its full length. But I am sure they will let you know if this is the case or not, when you contact them via the link that @gavs82008 gave you.

And do please let us know what the answer was, so we can add it to our personal knowledge bases.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
