Hello I have canceled NOW TV but am still being charged for SKY.

Hello I canceled NOW TV 3 months ago but am still being charged monthly for SKY (every moth until Feb 2024) though I haven't watched either for all this time. The NOW TV chat bots are a waste of space and contacting NOW is impossible..... seems like I only have you guys. Any suggestions"

To follow-up from @Jayach what did you cancel? As the company is not called Now TV anymore, just NOW.

So was it streaming TV or broadband you cancelled?
