Can some one please help me, getting really frustrated here, I have signed up andregistered my account, chosen which broadband deal i want, select my installation date for the engineer to come out, then get to payment page enter my details and click on confirm payment and the page just keeps going blank ? I have tryed for 3 weeks now and each time the same thing happens ?

Can't help much being a customer, but have you tried using three digits for your home number / apartment number i.e for example if your house is number 7 use 007, if its 27 use 027.
This might not be relevant in your particular case.
Other than that maybe try a different internet browser or another device when attempting to make the order on their website.
Or see if Live Chat can figure out what's going wrong.
