Setting up

I am trying to sign up but when I go through to payment page it says ‘we’ve had a snag please try again any ideas why

Try doing it on a different browser.

Browser sessions get full of junk after a while which can stop things working, but cleaning them out is fairly technical, and they do sort themselves out eventually.

Using a different one, preferably one you don’t use a lot, gives you, and Now, a fresh start.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
