Cannot access/view my 'Calls'-error message 'well that didn't;t go to plan'

For many days now i've not been able to see my calls/billing and i keep getting an error message. I need to be able to print off my call usage for expenses reclaim for work and I really now need this information. Why is the page not working/ not viewable? Best, Melanie

I have just accessed my billing page and the Download PDF button worked just fine. Have you tried the usual stuff e.g. clearing cookies/cache, disable ad blockers etc?

Outside of what @redchiz1 has mentioned, have you tried your mobile data without wifi?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Hiya-yeah i've tried my laptop, work laptop, my mobile and Safari, Google Chrome and Firefox servers and none work so can only think it's Now TV's end on my account? Hmmm. Will call them and see if they can email me my last few months calls. 🙂
