Hey All,
I'm looking to upgrade my broadband deal. When I moved to my new place only the basic broadband was available and it is far too slow to cope with all my devices. I've tried contacting by phone and never get anywhere with the long waiting times so tried live chat and it just seems to bounce back each time with "no one is available".
Does anyone know if livechat is currently down due to COVID? If so, do they also know when it will be back up?
