Now Broadband Ordered 7th June - No progress on my account since then?

Hi, I placed an order on 7th June and still have no progress on my account. It says "we're getting it ready" This is now over a month and no kit or activation date, even with the current situation this seems very slow, can someone contact me as soon as possible please?
