Broadband setup

How do I find out if now have taken over my phone line early. We are due to switch to them on 13th but our internet has stopped working and the current provider can’t find a fault.

Sign in to your NowTV account and go to the Orders and Appointments section. Any updates should be shown there. 

 

If there aren't any, phone the NowTV Broadband helpline number on 0330 041 2480.
