Incorrect price

When I am choosing the superfast broadband it list's it for £24 but in the basket it says £35 what is going on?

A few people have reported this in the past, though I haven't seen any recent posts about this in the Community forum or over on NOW Twitter.

Have you tried starting the process all over again with a different internet browser and if you have a smartphone with mobile data on it, maybe try that as well.
