Hub been sent to a different address from mine

Hi, I've ordered Now Broadband to my flat but put my delivery address to be sent my parents as i'll be at work and nobody is always at my parents.

On my account its now saying- delivery address my parents and home address my parents! 
So is my new broadband going to be at my address or has is it somehow going to mess my parents internet and their telephone number up? all because my hub getting delivered to theirs?

Sounds like a bit of a mess! I would get onto the support team asap to sort this out, call 0330 041 2518.

I don't think ISP's like to deliver the router to alternative addresses. Hopefully, if it is being setup on your parents address their ISP will query it with them, and stop it going through.
