at the end of last week I set up a 12 month contract with now broadband, starting next week. However when I go to input the payment details in the broadband bit it says something like "oops! it didn't work" and I can't work out why?
has anyone else had this issue?

Yeah I've tried both my data and wifi, laptop and phone, and two browsers. could it be that the websites down for that specific action? my details were definitely correct
